Troy Newport
General Manager
Troy began as the general manager at Oneida GCC in June 2007. He has been in the golf industry for 24 years, having previously worked at The Grand Hotel on Mackinac Island, Black Diamond Ranch Golf & Country Club, Christmas Lake Golf Club and Old Capital Golf Club. Troy was born in Angola, Indiana and enjoys visiting friends and family in Indiana with his wife, Cathi and daughter, Mia. Interacting with ,members, guests and staff is his favorite part of his job and his favorite spot at Oneida GCC is the #12 green with is bordered by mature trees and Duck Creek. One fun fact about Troy is that he is a trivia and pop culture buff.

Jim Schultz
Director of Golf
Jim Schultz began his career at Oneida GCC in 1996 as an assistant golf professional under Jim Thompson. Jim interned in 1993 at University Ridge in Madison, WI and in 1994 at Bent Pine Golf Club in Vero Beach, FL. He was born and raised in Sturgeon Bay & Fish Creek, WI and developed his love of golf at a young age. Jim truly enjoys the relationships he has formed with the members and employees of Oneida. The #11 tee box is Jim’s favorite spot at Oneida GCC and one fun fact about Jim is that he once captured a live, wild alligator with his bare hands.

Mark Storby
Golf Course Superintendent
Mark Storby began working at Oneida GCC on January 13, 2003, to be exact. He has been in the golf industry for 24 years, having previously worked at Hazeltine National Golf Club in Chaska, MN, Veenker Memorial Golf Course in Ames, IA and Denver Country Club in Denver, CO. Mark was born in Albert Lea, MN and grew up in Lake Mills, IA. Mark love planning for an event or a project on the golf course and seeing it run just the way it was intended, not that it happens every time but it is great when it does.
Mark’s favorite spot at Oneida is standing on the second green looking to the east at sunrise. One fun fact about Mark is that his favorite winter-time activity is snowboarding. He tries to keep up with his 2 older boys who are very good at it and his youngest son is catching up fast!

Mary Ellen Johnson
Property Accountant
Mary Ellen joined Oneida GCC on March 25, 2004 as the bookkeeper. She became the property accountant in spring of 2007. Oneida GCC is the first country club that she has worked for and the members truly make Oneida GCC truly a great place to work. The 19th Hole terrace is her favorite spot at Oneida GCC, what a great view! Mary Ellen was born and raised in Green Bay, WI and one fun fat about her is that she has a twin sister, Margaret.

Greg Barnes
Executive Chef
Greg Barnes comes to Oneida from Bamm Hollow Country Club in Lincroft, NJ where he has been Executive Chef since 2005. He has extensive private club experience and has excelled in an active dining club background. Greg and his girlfriend of 8 years, Ellen have officially become Green Bay residents and have already attended a couple of Packer games at Lambeau Field!

Jeannie Blahnik
Membership Sales Director
Jeannie Blahnik joined the staff at Oneida GCC in May 2007. Jeannie has been in the country Club industry since 1991 as she has previously worked at Ozaukee CC in Mequon, WI, Green Bay Country Club and Glen Oak CC in Glen Ellyn, IL. Getting to know the members is Jeannie’s favorite part of her job and her favorite place at Oneida is the veranda, looking out over the course. She is originally from Kaukauna, WI and one fun fact about Jeannie is that she used to be a flight attendant, she loves to travel!

Amy Lemon
Marketing Coordinator
Amy Lemon began working at Oneida GCC in May 2002 as part of the Cabana staff. She worked at Oneida GCC throughout high school at Notre Dame Academy and college a UW-Eau Claire. Upon graduating early from college she joined Oneida GCC as the Marketing Coordinator. Her favorite part of her job is developing Oneida GCC’s new website and managing the pool and Cabana in the summer. Amy’s favorite place at Oneida GCC is the pool at night, it’s so beautiful and peaceful. One fun fact about Amy is that her husband worked at Oneida for a summer, her future sister-in-law worked at Oneida for 3 summers and her younger brother, Peter caddied at Oneida and received the Evans Scholarship, working at Oneida is truly a family affair for Amy!

Brian Kindle

Brian Kindle joined the grounds staff of Oneida GCC on March 1, 1990. He has been in the golf industry for 28 years, having previously worked at Cherokee Country Club in Madison WI. When asked about what his favorite part of his job, he replied, “Just about everything!” His favorite place at Oneida GCC is anywhere on the course when the sun’s coming up or when the sun’s going down. Brian was born and raised in Sterling, IL and one fun fact about Brian is that he is the President of a local hockey association and the announcer at the De Pere Voyageur WIAA Varsity hockey games.
